I came out of the womb with a pen in one hand and a book in another. I am the author of Moments of Grace and Spiritual Warfare in the Lord of the Rings, which also includes a chapter on The Hobbit; Chosen: The Journeys of Bilbo and Frodo of the Shire and The Long Way Home, a series of poems about an epic quest and its aftermath. Works in progress includes two fantasy series, the first of which is The Storm Chronicles. Through the heroic struggles of those in epic fantasies, I arm readers with weapons of hope, faith, trust, courage, friendship, selfless love, so they can win their own battles against devouring darkness.
