Chayil Champion is a Christian Life Coach, speaker and the author of "Exiting The Wilderness: God's Plan for us to Repent, Conquer, and Prosper" and the bestseller "...But He Said He Was A Christian" available at http://bit.ly/19LJoi3 and http://amzn.to/1fh1IDv. Champion is also the creator of The Broken Pulpit website ( www.thebrokenpulpit.com ), a blog created to encourage and uplift others.
After spending over 10 years in Education as an English teacher, football coach, and vice principal, Champion embarked on a new calling in his life as an author and now works in full-time ministry. Through his writing he is still able to influence teens, young adults, and pop culture all together. Originally from Chicago, Champion graduated from the University of Miami where he majored in English (creative writing) and Communications. He also played collegiate football and track & field while at UM. Later, Champion would receive his Masters in Education Leadership and his Doctorate in Child and Youth Studies from Nova Southeastern University. In his ministry, Champion counsels and advises teens, adults, and college students on Christian living, social ethics, family affairs, and relationships . Champion currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
