Joann Claypoole is the author of DoveStories, a children’s chapter book series for ages 6-9. The Gardener’s Helpers (Morgan James Publishing) is available in bookstores and many online booksites. Her inspirational stories are featured in several books in Yvonne Lehman’s & Grace Publishing’s ‘Moments’ inspirational book series, and James Stuart Bell's Jesus Talked To Me Today compilation with Bethany House Publishing. Joann co-wrote the TV documentary script, My Last Hope, for National House of Hope hosted by Candace Cameron Bure (2011). Her inspirational prayers were featured on Clickandpray.com and she is now compiling them into two books. Joann won the East Lake County Library Poetry Contest (Ridgecrest Oak) in 2009.
She is currently writing several DoveStories tales, a middle grade novel, women's fiction, songs, plays, and articles.
Joann serves on local and international missions and loves to sing with the praise & worship leading team at her local church. She is a wife, mother of four sons, has four grand babies, and two crazy canines in sunny Central Florida.
