Mark Coopersmith--a seasoned Fortune 500 executive, entrepreneur, and C-suite advisor--works with today's top leaders to drive innovation, growth & exceptional results, often using unexpected resources, such as leveraging failure which is the topic of his new book The Other "F" Word: How Smart Leaders, Teams, and Entrepreneurs Put Failure to Work.

Mark advises organizations from early stage ventures to global enterprises, and is also active on several boards. He founded and led ecommerce, consumer products, and licensing businesses for Sony, was founding CEO of online payments pioneer WebOrder (now part of Google), and led the $350mm Global Technology Brands group at Newell Rubbermaid. Earlier Mark was a strategy and M&A consultant for Ernst & Young.

As a Senior Fellow at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Mark is an award-winning teacher of innovation and entrepreneurship to graduate students, along with executive education and distance learning programs for executives around the world.
