When Dr. Wilk was a young boy, he had a friend of the family who began telling him about his future. She accurately predicted many important events; one even saved his life. In total, she prophesied at least 16 events; one even saved his life. Knowing that no mortal could possibly predict the future with such accuracy, Dr. Wilk knew it could only be God intervening into his life and guiding its course. Through his unusual experiences, Dr. Wilk developed a deep and abiding faith in God, which he embraces today. In the 1970's Dr. Wilk became concerned about the over utilization of drugs and surgery in the United states, which was causing thousands of deaths and unnecessary suffering. He learned that the American Medical Association (AMA) sought to eliminate chiropractic from healthcare, which could prevent many of these tragedies. Outraged by this, Dr. Wilk, along with fellow chiropractic colleagues, initiated a landmark antitrust lawsuit against the AMA . It was a 14-year-long battle that went to the Supreme court twice, but he won. A dedicated lay Christian Apologist and advocate for honest inter-professional cooperation of all healthcare providers, Dr. Wilk is now dedicated to getting the chiropractic profession to organize official chiropractic spokespersons in all of the States to carry their vital message to the public. The courtroom battle was won but now the battle needs to be won within the public arena.
