Editorial Reviews

"I am such of fan of this book. Everyone doubts. But not everyone is a great companion in times of doubt. Adam Groza is a phenomenal companion. Why? Because rather than glamorizing doubt, Adam acknowledges the realities of doubt and then points us to the Scriptures and to Jesus who invites us to follow Him by faith. This book will bless you."--Daniel Fusco, lead pastor at Crossroads Community Church (Vancouver, WA), TV & Radio Host, and author of Crazy Happy; Upward, Inward, Outward; and Honestly

"With the heart of a pastor and the breadth of a philosopher, Adam Groza offers biblical insight and practical advice to readers asking questions like: 'What is doubt? Why do we doubt, and how does it relate to faith? Can we progress from doubt to faith? If so, how? And how do we help others do the same?' Groza is to be commended for this wise and winsome volume."--Christopher W. Morgan, dean and professor of theology, School of Christian Ministries, California Baptist University; and author and/or editor of more than twenty volumes, including Christian Theology: The Biblical Story and Our Faith; Concise Dictionary of Theological Terms; and Systematic Theology Study Bible

"Admitting doubt is not a denial of faith but rather a necessary step in developing genuine faith. Every person has doubts--about God, His mysterious ways of working in our world, and our frail capacity to believe in Him despite global turmoil. Facing doubts, rather than denying them, is the path forward to a legitimate, soul-satisfying, intellectually stimulating faith in God. This book is written by a real person who has struggled with doubt and grappled with the reasons for faith. He has come through the process to a profound and settled belief in God and a faith-filled worldview as a result. Join him on the journey to the same destination!"--Jeff Iorg, President, Gateway Seminary

"Traveling through Scripture, Adam accompanies us in our journey of faith, encouraging readers to be mindful of those before us who have wrestled with an honest faith. As Adam takes the lead on a portion of our trail, his mixture of personal experience, insightful quotes, and practicality illuminates our path when we battle our doubts. As everyone faces the challenges to live in authentic belief, Groza's reminders that faith and doubt can coexist lifts our eyes to Jesus, where we find the answers to our questions. In Christ, doubt will always lose the fight--faith wins! I strongly encourage this book in your daily disciple-making efforts!"--Christopher Martin, executive director/treasurer, Hawaii Baptist Convention

"Faith Wins is a compelling and thought-provoking read for anyone who ever had a crisis of faith or walked through a time of divine uncertainty. It's a journey that allows the reader to not just grow stronger in their faith, but to keep that faith strong even in times of doubt. Prepare to be challenged in the way you view doubt and faith; two things intricately linked. This is a must read!"--Noe Garcia, senior pastor, North Phoenix Baptist Church
