Different dimensions of organizational effectiveness, including return on assets, Most Admired ranking, job satisfaction and personal satisfaction relate to specific aspects of leader characteristics, organizational culture and multicultural management style. Particular organizational cultures influence ROA more than other aspects in organizational management.
