Cameron Wilson is a nationally accredited Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach from Australia. He designed and runs a program called ACTIVE MUMS from his Personal Training and Group Fitness Studio, THE GYM, on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. The Active Mums program is designed specifically for pre and post natal women either wanting to get prepared for or recover from child birth. He has used the same experience, knowledge and passion to write this series of books in the hope of providing more awareness and education in the area of Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
